Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development & Account Manager . This is a high-impact, hybrid/in-office role designed for a professionally driven operator who thrives on both sides of the house: opening new logos and quarterbacking long-term client success. You will work directly with the founder and senior leadership to monetize the dense SoCal market and scale our global service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales Cycles: Lead discovery calls, scope custom service tiers (from contact rate consulting to enterprise managed dialing), and close high-value contracts.
  • Strategic Account Management: Act as the primary post-signature quarterback. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), drive account expansion, and ensure long-term retention.
