Senior Client Success & Projects Lead (Hybrid, KL)

TOPPAN Trident Singapore Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative in Singapore. This role involves managing day-to-day operations and client relationships while ensuring service excellence. You will work closely with the Account Manager to optimize profitability and support the growth of your team.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience in servicing client accounts along with print and packaging knowledge. A hybrid work arrangement is provided, with some time spent onsite at the client's office in Kuala Lumpur.
