We are seeking an experienced midwife to support the education of medical students during their rotation in our maternity department. The role requires flexible teaching of specific nursing skills to medical students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering training packages for medical students and interprofessional teams.
- Supporting students and the future workforce in community (Coleman Health Centre) and hospital (Royal Derby Hospital) settings.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to fellow clinicians.
- Liaising with clinicians of all levels and professions to enhance learning opportunities.
