Senior Clinical Resource Coordinator

The Clinical Resource Coordinator functions as the clinical nurse manager and oversight Ellis Medical Group Outpatient Practice location(s) (as assigned). Provides support to the Practice Administrator in the planning, coordinating, staffing and supervision of nursing care delivery to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Responsible for compliance with departmental and regulatory standards of care and practice.


+ In partnership with the patient and family, the CRC collaborates with physicians and other inter-disciplinary team members to establish a plan of care with targeted goals and interventions that lead to optimal outcomes for identified at-risk populations.

+ Works in collaboration with the Practice Administrator, Clinical Educator, and other respective team members to provide care with best practice.
