Project Description:
PHSA is seeking a Cloud / SaaS Business Analyst who will be responsible for shaping and supporting our Modern Work / Microsoft 365 environment and program. The Business Analyst will support the newly formed Modern Work Centre of Excellence (MWCOE) to support projects and various stakeholders within VPP (Vancouver Coastal, Providence Health, PHSA) and at times BC Health. In this role you will:Support internal processes and technology needed to support Microsoft 365 for VPP Measure, monitor, and analyze SaaS usage for VPP customers and make recommendations for cost optimization.
