The role includes advanced setup, tooling selection, program adjustments, mentoring junior operators, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Machine Setup & Operation

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines efficiently and accurately.
• Load and edit CNC programs as required.
• Select, install, and align tooling, holders, and fixtures.
• Perform first-off inspections and make necessary offsets.
• Monitor machine performance during production runs.
