Do you want to support Amazon’s mission to build the world’s safest, most efficient, and sustainable delivery network by helping our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) retain safe, satisfied, and engaged teams of drivers? We are looking for a Senior Communication Manager, DSP Experience that works to support 2,500+ DSPs who employ 175,000+ Delivery Associates (DAs) operating Prime-branded vehicles on road, delivering tens of millions of packages per week through our Last Mile delivery network. Specifically, this candidate will work across multiple stakeholders to bring to life all the ways that Amazon is investing in the DSP and DA experience. You will thrive in ambiguity to translate technical and operational information into user-friendly resources and rich content to make it convenient for DSPs to manage their business.
