Opportunity Description
The **Senior Compensation Analyst** is responsible for supporting QTS's People Services Operations compensation function. This position will assist with compensation administration, reporting, and address ad-hoc requests and inquiries.
**RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned**
+ Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
+ Reviews compensation actions in Workday. Ensures internal equity is considered and offer is consistent with job leveling.
+ Assists with annual and mid-year compensation process administration in Workday
+ Conducts regulatory audits and reports including FLSA and OFCCP
+ Manages Payfactors tool including training, data updates, troubleshooting.
+ Supports Business Partners with various requests and provides consultation to assist with business needs.
+ Regularly conducts data integrity audits.
