Senior Compliance & MLRO: UAE Reg & Financial Crime Lead

4T in Dubai is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager / MLRO to lead the firm's regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations including those from the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration, alongside at least 5 years of compliance experience, particularly in financial services. They will need strong knowledge of SCA regulations, AML requirements, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
