Senior Compliance Officer – Regulatory Compliance (Lead)

The Opportunity: Build a Regulatory Compliance Advisory Practice.

Stratigrowth is a fast-growing, Dubai-based compliance advisory firm supporting trading, brokerage, fintech and other regulated financial services businesses.

Rather than adopting a generalized approach, we are structuring this department into specialized verticals. We need a seasoned, hands‑on leader to take full ownership of the Regulatory Compliance Unit .

Because the wider department is newly established, this role does not offer a predictable corporate safety net. Instead, it provides a clean slate, high autonomy, and the mandate for a strong professional to design a global framework from scratch and leave a distinct footprint on our organization.

Note: This is a builder's role. If you prefer the highly segmented, clockwork environment of traditional retail banking or a mature corporate machine, this ecosystem will not be the right fit.
