Opportunity Description
Senior Condo Sales Manager plays a key role in expanding Karofi’s presence within condominium communities. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with Condo Management Boards and Developers, activating on-site activities, and ensuring our products are visible and accessible where residents live. You will drive sales execution, grow condo networks, and deliver customer experiences to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Condo Channel Development & Partner Engagement
- Identify, approach, and build partnerships with Condo Management Boards, Property Developers, and Leasing/Property teams.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential condo projects and ensure proper documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, secure site access, and coordinate activation opportunities.
