Senior Construction Lawyer

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a senior construction lawyer to support on a long-term building remediation project. This role would suit a senior construction lawyer who is comfortable working closely with technical teams and wider stakeholders.

You’ll need to be hands‑on, motivated, self‑sufficient and able to take ownership of workstreams. The team needs someone who can get into the detail, manage a high volume of work and work well in a project‑led environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate construction and remediation‑related documentation


• Advise on JCT, NEC contracts, consultant appointments and contractor documentation


• Work closely with legal, technical and project teams to review, execute and manage documentation to maintain deadlines


• Help manage legal interactions across owners, residents, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders
