Parsons is seeking a highly specialized and experienced Senior Construction Manager (Roads) - Right of Way, to join our critical team on the prestigious Qiddiya Project in Riyadh.

This is a unique and pivotal leadership role responsibilities for the effective planning, coordination and management of all activities related to securing, preparing and maintaining the Right of Way for various infrastructure developments with the Qiddiya master plan. The successful candidate will ensure that all ROW-related works are executed safely, efficiently, in compliance with regulations, and in close coordination with all construction packages to prevent delays and facilitate seamless project progression.
