Senior Consultant – Change Management
The Senior Consultant‑Change Management will be part of the consulting team and will be responsible for delivering high‑quality and value‑adding people & change (HR) solutions in multidisciplinary client engagements. The goal is to support client organisations to become more agile and improve business performance by changing how people are led, managed and developed, while also helping them repurpose their corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities Deliver People and Change (P&C) solutions as part of client engagements in line with the agreed scope, project plan, budget and expected high‑quality standards.
