Senior Consultant

Reporting to the Program Lead within Clinical Services Integration & Patient Flow Supports, the Senior Consultant is a provincial role accountable for leading system optimization & improvement, change management, integration & implementation of complex initiatives including scaling & spreading of provincial initiatives with system partners. Working independently with minimal guidance, the Senior Consultant may supervise staff within the portfolio, lead functional teams & collaborate with a variety of partners, including but not limited to: patient & family advisors, healthcare providers, Health Agencies, & Health Service Delivery Organizations.
