Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Project Manager by assisting with project planning, progress tracking, and coordination to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Create, update, and manage project plans, schedules, dashboards, progress reports, and other essential project management deliverables.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, proactively identifying risks or delays and escalating issues as necessary.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of weekly and monthly project status reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, resource utilization, and timesheets in accordance with client governance and reporting requirements.
- Assist with project governance activities, including steering committee meetings, project reviews, audits, and related preparation tasks.
