Senior Consultant – PMO & Regional Banking Operations

Responsibilities: . Support the Project Manager and client's PMO team in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth project execution. . Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and other project management documentation. . Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring any delays or risks are promptly identified and escalated. . Assist in preparing and consolidating weekly or monthly project status reports for both internal and client stakeholders. . Track and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timesheets in alignment with client governance requirements. . Support project governance activities such as steering committee meetings and project reviews. .
