About the Role
As a member of the Novartis Corporate Center in Mexico City, you will manage strategic business projects for the executive team, maximizing economic value and ensuring future competitive advantage.
You will also support senior strategy managers and directors in projects around key Novartis products to deliver greater outcomes than the product alone.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain contact with divisional strategy teams and coordinate regular update meetings.
Lead small projects from scoping to execution, creating content, managing stakeholders, and preparing insights for decision making.
Organize the annual strategy off‐site meeting, including agenda and speakers, ensuring transparent communication across teams.
Coordinate project monitoring, deliver milestones, and support the head of strategy on larger cross‐unit initiatives.
