+ Collaborate with the continuous improvement team to enhance and monitor operational excellence.
+ Partner with engineers to learn and implement techniques for improving packaging equipment reliability and efficiency.
+ Propose and implement improvements in site process technology focusing on quality, cost, and capacity optimization.
