Senior Contract Conformance Specialist

Our client is seeking a Senior Contract Conformance Specialist to provide senior-level supply chain contract support, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing complex agreements while ensuring compliance with approved templates, policies, business objectives, and risk standards. (Hybrid- Edmonton or Calgary)
Must Have skills

Minimum of 6 years experience in supply chain in the Oil and Gas industry.

Experience drafting complex agreements and negotiating contract terms and conditions.

Strong understanding of contract law and related contractual risks.

Proficiency with enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.

Completion of a supply chain management-related professional certification, such as PMAC or ISM.

Experience supporting Service Agreements, Consulting Agreements, and Engineering Service Agreements.
