Senior Contract Engineer

The Senior Contracts Engineer manages all contractual and commercial aspects of projects from procurement through execution. Acting as the developer-side authority, you will protect and optimize the companies contractual position by overseeing contract administration, variation management, claims assessment, and dispute avoidance.

• Contract Administration : Administer FIDIC-based construction contracts, ensure compliance with timelines/notices, and provide contractual guidance to project teams
• Procurement & Formation : Support tender and contract document preparation, evaluate contractor submissions, identify risks/gaps, and assist in contract negotiations
• Change Management : Review, evaluate, and process variation orders and change requests in line with governance procedures; maintain variation and cost-impact registers
