This opportunity entails being responsible for facilitating and managing a portfolio of contracts to address a variety of design, construction, remediation, replacement and improvement projects. Will work with local transit clients in a program management capacity developing project scopes, cost estimates, schedules and contractual terms and conditions to promote fair and open competition. Ensures contract compliance, specifically that the contracts rights, remedies, obligations, assignments and risks are maintained among the contracted parties throughout the life of the project.
