Senior Contracts & Change Manager for Large-Scale Projects

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Contract & Change Management Manager to join a leading project management team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves leading contract and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle, managing change orders, and negotiating contracts to ensure project execution success.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and have a minimum of 15 years of experience in contract and commercial management, particularly within EPCC and large-scale engineering projects. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential.
