Senior Corporate Commercial Counsel, Hydrogen

Jameson Legal is working with a significant entity based in Saudi Arabia. The company’s well-established legal organisation is on an exciting growth curve. As the company’s plans within the new energy space grow, the legal organisation is now looking for a senior Legal Counsel to join and lead the Renewable Energy team.

Hydrogen is a new team within the organisation. It handles the growth of the company’s Hydrogen industry through investments in several joint ventures and its own hydrogen businesses.

The successful individual will have a minimum of ten years of experience, preferably from multinational corporations’ in-house departments or from a distinguished international law firm. Experience within the hydrogen space is vital.

As the single point of contact within the team, you will be comfortable handling a broad array of transactional matters across the sector.
