Senior Corporate Counsel - Continental Europe

Role: Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel / Corporate Counsel / Senior Corporate Counsel / Assistant General Counsel (Designation will be decided on the basis of your interview performance) Location: Trivandrum / Bangalore Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing of complex commercial IT contracts, mostly in English language, governed by Dutch and other European laws, e.g. IT outsourcing agreements, IT service agreements, alliance agreements, subcontracting agreements, license agreements and other agreements relevant to the business of an IT service provider.
