Senior Corporate Counsel

We’re looking for a senior, commercially minded corporate lawyer to join a high‑performing legal team within a global organisation. This role is ideal if you enjoy being close to the business, working on high‑value, complex transactions, and having real influence over how deals and governance decisions are made.

You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting joint ventures, M&A, project finance, and strategic projects that sit at the heart of the company’s growth strategy.

• Leading joint ventures and strategic partnerships across multiple jurisdictions, from structuring through lifecycle management
