Main Responsibilities:
Serve as counsel to Fixed Income sales & trading businesses, including FX, Rates, credit, derivatives, high yield, distressed trading and electronic trading, and all related legal and regulatory matters.Advise on regulatory considerations and new initiativesPerform major role in collaborating with front office, Litigation and control functions across the enterprise as needed regarding regulatory inquiries and special remediation efforts arising out of covered business linesProvide coverage of Title VII/Swap Dealer matters including regulatory margin requirements for OTC derivatives.Assist in managing external counsel relationships
