Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Legal, you will provide essential legal support across various commercial banking functions. This role is designed for candidates with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and excellent negotiation skills to maintain the Bank’s reputation and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal support for banking transactions and documentation • Collaborate with various teams on risk management strategies • Answer stakeholder questions to facilitate timely transactions • Contribute to policy and training for legal awareness • Research legal implications of new product developments
