Senior Counsel, Senior AVP: Third Party Technology

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Counsel to join the Third Party - Technology team in the Supply Chain, Resiliency & Change Management Section of the Chief Operating Office Legal Division in the Legal Department.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, in collaboration with partners, clients, and colleagues.
+ Advise clients on risk management, conflict resolution, and contract interpretation, compliance, remediation, and enforcement.
+ Provide business-focused, risk-based advice to clients and work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
+ Support various third-party matters, including third-party technology (cloud computing, on-premises software, and hardware and other computing devices), data services, payment transaction processing, third-party risk management, and regulatory matters, among others.
