The CRM team at BLC is in an exciting moment. The team is actively embracing AI and new tooling to work faster and smarter, giving members more personalised, responsive experiences. Its a team that welcomes new ideas and gives people room to explore, rather than working from a rigid playbook.
Were looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Youll sit within a collaborative CRM function and report to the Senior Lifecycle CRM Manager, partnering closely on the strategic direction while owning the day-to-day build and execution of campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app via Braze.
Theres real impact to be had here, and plenty of scope to bring your own thinking to how thats done.
