Role Purpose
We’re looking for an ambitious senior CRM strategist who will be responsible for creating the overarching CRM approach for the year from which we hang the Tactical sale promotion activities. They will need to be able to adapt the Creative strategy for use in CRM channels like email, SMS, MMS but also recommend new ways for driving leads, loyalty, and retention.
