Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship: 1. Develop the customer relationship to understand customer needs and the key program and new opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship: 2. Coordinate closely with Ops team and Sales team to ensure seamless support for customers on the quote to cash process.
3. Customer Relationship: 3. Manage the loading, backlog, inventory, delivery performance and flexibility per customer forecasts & demand.
4. Customer Relationship: 4. Drive the customer qualification programs including site qualification, key projects & new technologies approval.
5. Customer Relationship: 5. Assist on the customer site audits and visit.
6. Customer Relationship: 6. Mentor and guide the junior members of the team. To assist them with the tools, understanding and the objective of the process and workflow.
