About the Role
We’re looking for a high‑calibre Customer Service Administrator to support a busy national supplier on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an ASAP start within their procurement and distribution function, helping improve communication and service levels across the branch network.
For this Senior Customer Service role, you’ll be the go‑to contact for branch staff, warehouse teams, and the procurement lead. Your core focus is delivering fast, accurate, proactive customer service to internal stakeholders.
