Opportunity Description
What will you do? • Embed a strong quality culture by championing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) across distribution and logistics operations for Service Supply Chain locations • Conduct process audits, risk assessments, and root cause analyses to identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) • Partner closely with manufacturing, sourcing, transportation, and warehouse operations to resolve quality issues impacting customer delivery and service levels • Lead quality performance management across distribution sites, including KPI tracking, trend analysis, and reporting (MRB & NSS) • Own and improve quality processes for rework, returns, kitting, and value-added services • Drive supplier and internal quality issue resolution, ensuring timely containment, corrective actions, and long-term prevention • Support new process implementations, site launches, and continuous improvement projects with a strong quality-first mindset • Ensure compliance...
