- Experience with Cyber Security project delivery, AI project delivery, working experience in federal regulated industry (financial institution)
- Excellent communicator, stakeholder management/expectations, can interact and negotiate with C-suite executives. Ability to simplify complex technical/AI concepts
- Creative, proactive, forward thinker, can remove obstacles, takes ownership
- Strong, value, financial and schedule discipline. Thinks in outcomes, not only activities
- Comfort with changing direction, unclear scope (will need skill to help define scope, outcomes…partnering with Business & Technology teams ), based on findingsevery changing environment
