Senior Cyber Security Expert – GRC & Risk (On‑Site, Lugano)

Fincons Group is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Expert to join our Security department in Lugano, Switzerland. The selected candidate will play a critical role in cross-functional activities across the full security landscape, supporting risk assessment and GRC processes, and ensuring the implementation of security policies.

This fully office-based position requires a strong background in cybersecurity, a degree in a relevant field, and experience in information security. Good English skills and the ability to interact with both technical and business teams are essential.
