We are seeking an experienced and versatile dance professional who can contribute not only as a pro dance instructor but also as a leader who can support studio growth, student retention, teacher development, events, marketing, and business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, performing, mentoring, creating opportunities, managing and helping build a thriving dance community.

Dance Instruction
Conduct group dance classes for kids, teens and adults.
Conduct private 1-on-1 coaching sessions
Design structured training programs for students
Develop choreography for performances and showcases
Monitor student progress and retention
Deliver a high-quality learning experience to all students
