The wiqNZ team works across all WWNZ business units, leveraging the best of Woolworths Group and Quantium data‑science talent to solve the most complex retail challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimise end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions and predictive models for WWNZ.
• Own the full project lifecycle, including problem‑solving, experimentation, design, and delivery with minimal oversight.
• Implement GenAI solutions, conduct ethical reviews, bias assessments, and support explainable AI methods.
• Perform data ETL tasks, maintain data marts, and conduct unit, functional, and debugging testing to ensure robust, error‑free solutions.
