Your new role Embed data, analytics, and predictive intelligence into everyday decision-making. Build predictive models to surface early warnings, risks, and proactive intervention triggers. Partner with product teams to define hypotheses, experiments, and usercentric insights. Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations and product enhancements. Ensure ongoing model performance, fairness, and realworld impact on client outcomes. Own data stewardship: dashboards, visualization, quality standards, and longterm analytics roadmap.
What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, AI, or related quantitative field. 7+ years' experience in data science or product analytics within outcomedriven organizations.
