Join Silver Hills as a Senior Sales Demand Planning Manager to drive accurate sales forecasts and enhance planning tools. Lead the Customer Service team and elevate the company’s demand planning effectiveness.
This managerial role reports to the Director of Business Development and supports the Sales team in developing, communicating, and maintaining precise sales forecasts. You'll engage in Sales Demand Review Meetings and contribute improvements to the S&OP process.
