> Senior Design Architect

Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Senior Design Architect, passionate about design and driven by creativity, with 15 years of experience in designing a project from the early stage of Pre‑Concept & Concept. He/She will be reporting to Design Director and the position is available to join immediately.

A software expertise is required in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, VRay, Lumion, and Microsoft Office. Salary will be based on experience.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Management of architectural project design teams;
• Management of multi‑disciplinary design teams, including specialist sub‑consultants, consultants directly employed by the client and other stakeholders, to coordinate and resource plan to achieve deadlines and project design objectives;
