About the Role

As Senior Designer, you will lead and guide the design of timely seasonal assortments that align with the brand’s position and target customers. You will also oversee the development process for large or multiple brands within a division.


What You’ll Do
+ Lead concept development of the brand and provide direction to the team in building and evolving the brand
+ Oversee tech packs, trim sheets and design packages and ensure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management
+ Present designs and actionable recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners
+ Influence cross-functional partners in product direction
+ Partner with Trend and Design Team to prioritize trends for areas of responsibility and share creative ideas
+ Research and remain current with trends, innovations and industry developments through travel, events and networking
