A leading architectural metalwork specialist is currently looking for a permanent Senior Designer to produce detailed design and fabrication drawings across a range of architectural steel and metalwork projects in West London.

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Duties

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D design drawings for architectural metalwork elements including balustrades, staircases, balconies, railings, gates, canopies, and bespoke steel features.
• Develop fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and technical details for workshop production and site installation.
• Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent to create compliant and buildable metalwork solutions.
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, project managers, and fabricators to coordinate design requirements and resolve technical issues.
