Senior Desktop Support Specialist

TEKsystems currently has high level Desktop Support Specialist position available with a client in Minneapolis, MN. This will start as a 6 month contract with the penitential to extend and convert full-time. This person will be the day-to-day onsite point of contact for end-user IT support in Minneapolis, handling the ServiceNow ticket queue, hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting, and onboarding/offboarding logistics, with technical escalation to the company IT Operations team.
