Senior Development Partner, Global Enterprises (GED)

The Growth Enterprise Development Division develops and runs growth partnership programmes such as Scale‑Up to groom a pool of high‑potential Singapore companies. The division also oversees the Singapore Global Enterprises (SGE) initiative to grow the next generation of global Singapore companies and has established a dedicated Global Enterprises team that account manages and provides customised support for a group of SGEs and potential SGEs.

This role requires the individual to cultivate relationships with senior executives and understand the companies’ business interests and growth plans. The aim is to identify areas where EnterpriseSG can value‑add to help the companies develop new capabilities and competitive advantages, grow their global footprint and overseas revenue, and build category leadership in their business domains.
