(Senior) Development Partner, Warehousing & Tech

What the role is:

The Warehousing and Tech Department under the Logistics and Mobility Division leads Singapore’s warehouse transformation initiative. The team will do these through targeting 100 transformative projects by 2028, and by developing automation solution packages through strategic partnerships with vendors. The team is expected to work closely with industry partners and other government agencies to implement policy changes and scale warehouse automation adoption across Singapore’s logistics sector.

What you will be working on:

• Engage and transform warehouses across sectors to operate in more manpower and land‑efficient ways
• Identify, develop, and manage capabilities with partner solution vendors and develop automation solution packages
• Groom key supply chain technology partners
• Develop partnership plans with industry partners
• Benchmark warehousing productivity standards across Singapore
