Senior Digital Business Analyst – Birmingham, West Midlands
Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office

We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join a high-profile digital transformation programme based in Birmingham. The Senior BA will work across business, product, and technology teams to define requirements, shape digital services, and drive platform improvements.
You'll be responsible for gathering and refining requirements, defining UX requirements, mapping end-to-end user journeys, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications. Working across the full delivery lifecycle, you'll collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, Test teams, and key business stakeholders to drive platform enhancements and improve customer experiences.
