Senior Digital Consultant (BA)

Serve as the voice of the business users.

Identify business needs, gather business requirements and translate into requirement specification which can be understood by the DevOps team; subsequently working closely with DevOps team to ensure software development aligned with the requirements.

Able to work in Agile environment and be an Agile practitioner.

Define and documenting business process flows, user stories and data models for new system development or for process redesign .

Works with UI/UX teams to deliver a User Experience (UX) that aligns with business requirements.

Coordinate with testing team members for SIT, UAT and FAT.

Work closely with PO/PSM to monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
