Senior digital marketing manager – demand generation

Role Summary
Habile Labs is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead and improve our B2 B digital lead generation engine. The role will focus on generating better quality leads through performance marketing, SEO, landing pages, email campaigns, CRM tracking, analytics, and AI-led marketing improvements.
The ideal candidate should understand how B2 B IT buyers behave, how digital campaigns convert, and how to improve lead quality from ads, landing pages, and nurturing journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaign Performance
- Plan and execute B2 B lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In Ads, email, SEO, and other digital channels.
- Improve lead quality, MQLs, SQLs, and campaign conversion rates.
- Optimize ad performance through better targeting, keywords, creatives, messaging, bidding, and landing page alignment.
