Senior Director, Children's Employed Provider (CEP) Group - Administrative Leader

The Children's Employed Providers (CEP) Senior Director will serve as the key administrative and financial manager for the CEP practice plan in a collaborative dyad partnership with the Senior Medical Director of CEP. Seattle Children's Hospital (SCH) employs physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), clinical PhDs, and other providers. Also, the Senior Director will serve as a primary linkage between the Provider Strategy Division and CEP.

The Senior Director is a visionary leader that will partner with the Senior Medical Director to form and grow a new, high-performing employed medical group at SCH that will recruit/retain top provider talent.
